Manufacturing Process:
GRINDING:To
provide shape to the cylindrical wooden
dowel.
AUTO SHAPING:
To provide round shape to the top of the
dowel.
AUTO SANDING:
Auto Sanding process makes dowel smooth and
provide fine finishing to the Dowel.
GIKKING:
This process requires the dowels to be fixed
to the nails in the nails Stand followed by
dipping.
DIPPING:
In Dipping process these nails stands along
with dowels fixed in them are dipped in
various paint colors so to provide wide
range of colored handles (processed dowels)
PACKAGING:
Finish products are sent to packing
department for proper packing for dispatch. |
